With the look in the square, the church, the big Platani and the fountain, which for a century now cools locals and passersby, stands the Tavern Agnanti in Tsagarada for 10 years.
Large logs in the stone fireplace offer warmth and a further touch to a space decorated with objects that travel you to another era. Pastel colors, frescoes and old photographs warm the hall.
The scenery changes at a time when the mountain is dressed in green. Then we go out. Tables around the Platani with the sound of tap water and overlooking the slope that flows towards the Aegean, we enjoy the sunny days of spring and summer with good company, drink and food.
Returning from Spain we successfully married the traditional flavors and local raw materials with the modern Mediterranean cuisine.
